Ingredients

3/4Cups Unsalted Butter
566grams Mini Marshmallows
1Teaspoon Vanilla
9Cups Rice Crispy Cereal
1-1/2 (90g)Cup Graham Crackers
129grams Milk Chocolate bars

Directions

1.

Preheat oven broiler to high, wait for about 5 minutes.

Toast half the marshmallows, they toast quickly.

line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.

Melt butter in large pot over low/medium heat, once melted add half marshmallows (non-toasted) and stir until completely melted.

Remove from heat, stir vanilla extract and salt, fold in cereal and graham crackers. Allow to cool for about 2 minutes and fold in chocolate and toasted marshmallows.

transfer to pan using rubber spatula slightly greased.

Allow treats to set for at least 1 hour.

optional: drizzle some melted chocolate over the bars, not to much or it will be hard to cut and set for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
