Ingredients

1-1/2Tablespoons yeast
3Cups Warm Water
7Cups Flour
2Teaspoons Salt
1/4Cup Extra Virgin Oil

Directions

1.

Mix yeast and warm water and sit 10 minutes.
Mark as complete

Mix salt and flour, mix in the oil or butter
Mark as complete

Pour raised yeast into dough and knead.
Mark as complete

Set in a warm place for it to double. About 2 hours.

Remove dough and knead again to remove air pockets. Return to bowl and let it rest 15 minutes.

Cut dough, grease pans and let bread rise 30 minutes on pans.

7.

Place in hot oven (450 F) for 30-50 minutes or until tops are toasted.
