| 3/4 (170g)Cups Unsalted Butter | |
| 566grams Mini Marshmallows | |
| 1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract | |
| Pinch Salt | |
| 9 Cups Rice Crispy Cereal | |
Directions
1.
Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the paper.

Melt the butter over medium heat, once melted add the marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are melted.

Remove from heat, add the vanilla and salt. Fold in the cereal until everything is coated.

Transfer everything over to the pan. Using a silicone spatula (grease lightly under) spread the mixture. Tap do not force it down.

5.
Allow treats to set for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.
Cut into squares.
Eat until you can't eat no more!
